About Us
As part of an international technology leader, we develop high-end graphite and carbon solutions in Windhagen. To strengthen our manufacturing team, we are looking for you – an experienced CNC lathe operator (m/f/d) with a passion for technology and quality.


Your tasks

• Independent setup, equipping & operation of CNC lathes
• Programming & optimization directly on the machine
• Dimensional checks, surface inspection & documentation
• Close collaboration with design & work preparation

This is what you bring with you

• Completed apprenticeship as a CNC machinist specializing in turning
• Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing
• Knowledge of Siemens Shopturn programming
• Working with the Y-axis and driven tools
• Personal responsibility & solution-oriented thinking
• Team spirit and a passion for quality
